A BEV alcohol fireplace is a real-flame fireplace fueled by bio-ethanol. It converts liquid alcohol into gas-either through high-pressure liquefaction or self-heating-and burns the resulting vapor. This process yields a more stable and safer flame with controllable height. It requires no chimney and is unaffected by external factors like wind, making it ideal for heating and decoration in living rooms, dining areas, or villas.
The core principle involves heating liquid alcohol into vapor and then ejecting that vapor for combustion, rather than burning the liquid alcohol directly.
In simple terms: the flame heats the internal heating tube (or "vaporization tube"). Once the tube reaches 78.3°C-the critical point for alcohol vaporization-the liquid alcohol inside absorbs heat and turns into vapor. This vapor is ejected through a nozzle and ignited to form a stable flame. This flame, in turn, continues to heat the alcohol within the tube, creating a continuous cycle.
🔥 Core Operational Process
. Heating & Vaporization: After ignition, the flame heats the stainless steel coil (vaporization tube) inside the burner core, causing the liquid alcohol within to vaporize.
. Jet Combustion: Alcohol vapor is ejected from the nozzle, mixes with air, and burns, producing a high-temperature flame.
. Cyclic Feedback: The combustion flame continues to heat the vaporization tube, ensuring ongoing alcohol vaporization and maintaining stable burning.
⚠️ Usage Precautions
 It burns alcohol vapor rather than liquid, resulting in higher thermal efficiency and more intense heat output; it is more fuel-efficient than standard portable gas stoves.
 The vaporization process requires a completely sealed system; gas leaks result in a loss of pressure, preventing the formation of a jet flame and potentially causing fires from side leaks.
 The fireplace consumes indoor oxygen while burning; therefore, the room must remain ventilated to ensure proper airflow.  Do not leave open-flame appliances unattended, and keep them away from flammable materials such as curtains and paper.
 Look for vaporization combustion technology: Some brands utilize BEV vaporized ethanol combustion technology, which produces a streamlined flame; this is more energy-efficient than burning standard liquid alcohol and generates less odor.
