1. Manual Water Filling

After plugging in the power, a voice prompt will indicate that the water level is insufficient. When you hear the prompt that the water tank is full, stop adding water. Do not continue filling the tank, as overflowing can cause a short circuit. During operation, the water level will gradually decrease, and when it drops below half, you'll receive a prompt: "Insufficient water level, please add water." At this point, simply refill the tank. If water is not added in time and the level reaches the lowest point, a prompt will say, "Insufficient water level, turning off in 30 seconds." You can refill the water to resume operation.

2. Automatic Water Filling via Button

After connecting the power, press the home button once to turn on the machine. You can then add or drain water. The fifth button on the keypad is the "Add Water and Drain" button.

• Press twice to add water and press again to stop.
• Press and hold for 5 seconds to drain, then press again to stop draining.

When the water level is low, the "Add Water" function will automatically activate until the tank is full. It will stop when the fireplace is turned on. If the water level reaches the lowest point, a prompt will notify you of insufficient water, and the unit will shut down.

When the Water Level is at Startup Level (During Operation):

• While adding water, the machine will start working and produce flames.
• If the water reaches the lowest level, a prompt will notify you to add water. Once the water reaches the highest level, the fireplace will automatically stop adding water, and you'll be reminded that the water is full. (The flame effect is best after 15 minutes of use.)

1. During water filling, someone should be nearby to supervise and prevent overfilling, which could damage electrical components.
2. This product uses an ultrasonic atomizer to produce flames. It is best to use pure or clean tap water in the tank. Over time, scale may form on the atomizer, which can cause it to rupture, leading to water leakage and short circuit damage. Regular cleaning of the atomizer is necessary to extend its service life.
3. If you need to move the machine, make sure to first cut off the power, drain the water from the tank, and then carefully check the machine panel's temperature by hand before moving it.
