How to fill water
Manual Water Filling
- After powering on, a voice prompt will indicate low water. Stop filling when you hear "Water tank full" to avoid overflow and short circuit.
- During use, the water level drops. If it falls below half, you'll hear "Please add water."
- If not refilled in time, the system will say "Turning off in 30 seconds." Add water to resume operation.
Automatic Water Filling (Button Control)
- Press the Home button to start. Use the fifth button to control water:
- Press twice to add water, press again to stop.
- Hold for 5 seconds to drain, press again to stop.
- When water is low, auto-fill activates and stops when full. If the tank is empty, a prompt appears and the unit shuts down.
During Operation
- The unit starts producing flame while filling.
- Once full, auto-filling stops with a voice prompt.
- The best flame effect appears after ~15 minutes.
Important Notes
- During water filling, always have someone present to prevent overfilling, which may damage electrical components.
- This product uses an ultrasonic atomizer to create flame effects. Use only pure or clean tap water. Over time, scale buildup may damage the atomizer, causing leaks or short circuits. Clean the atomizer regularly to extend its lifespan.
- Before moving the unit, turn off the power, drain the water tank, and ensure the panel has cooled down.
