• Quality Control: Perform quality control testing and inspections to ensure that the product meets the required standards and specifications.
• Packaging: Properly package the product to ensure safe transportation and delivery to the customer. The packaging should be strong enough to protect the product during transportation.
• Shipping/Transportation: Arrange for the shipment or transportation of the packaged burner to the customer's designated location. Choose the right carrier or logistics partner to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• Customer acceptance: After the customer receives the burner, check and confirm that the product meets expectations and is in good condition.

1. Manual Water Filling

After the power is turned on, the machine will issue a voice prompt that the water level is insufficient. After hearing the prompt tone that the water tank is full, please stop adding water. Do not continue to add water, as overflow will cause a short circuit. During the operation of the machine, the water level will gradually drop. When the water level is less than half, it will prompt "Insufficient water level, please add water". At this time, just add water again. If the water is not added in time, causing the water level to drop to the lowest point, the machine will prompt "Insufficient water level, shut down after 30 seconds". You can refill water to resume operation.

2. Automatic Water Filling via Button

After connecting to the power supply, press the Home button once to turn on the machine. Then you can add water or drain water. The fifth button on the keyboard is the "Add Water and Drain" button.

• Press twice to add water and press again to stop.
• Press and hold for 5 seconds to drain, then press again to stop draining.

When the water level is low, the "Add Water" function will automatically start until the water tank is full. After the fireplace is turned on, the function will stop. If the water level reaches the lowest point, the system will prompt you that the water is insufficient and automatically shut down.

When the Water Level is at Startup Level (During Operation):

• When adding water, the machine will start working and produce flames.
• If the water level reaches the lowest water level, the system will prompt you to add water. After the water level reaches the highest water level, the fireplace will automatically stop adding water and remind you that the water is full. (The flame effect is best after 15 minutes of use.)

• When filling water, someone should be nearby to supervise to prevent overfilling to avoid damage to electrical components.
• This product uses an ultrasonic atomizer to produce flames. It is recommended to use pure or clean tap water in the water tank. Over time, scale may form on the atomizer, which can cause the atomizer to crack, resulting in water leakage and short-circuit damage. Regular cleaning of the atomizer is essential to extend its service life.
• If you need to move the machine, be sure to cut off the power first, empty the water in the water tank, and then carefully check the temperature of the machine panel by hand before moving it.
